CI\/CD for Node.js and .NET APIs on Azure Web App and Azure Functions

Project Overview

This project involved configuring a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for both Node.js and .NET APIs hosted on Azure Web App and Azure Functions. The source code was managed on Azure Repos, with Azure Pipelines used to automate the pipeline. Both containerized and serverless approaches were employed, where some APIs were deployed as Docker containers on Azure Web App, and others were deployed serverlessly on Azure Functions. The project aimed to automate the deployment process and ensure a scalable and efficient infrastructure for handling both Node.js and .NET workloads.

  • Node.js: Backend APIs built using Node.js.

  • Azure Web App Deployment: Set up pipelines to deploy Dockerized APIs (both Node.js and .NET) to Azure Web App using Azure Container Registry (ACR) for image storage.
